  • Architect

    Architects handle front end of assignments in DCI Design. They lead our studio resources, project management team and external consultants in delivering our design solutions for the client.

    Responsibilities:
    • At the entry level, the job responsibility of an Architect would be to work with senior Project Leads in designing and detailing of projects.
    • Provide support for technical aspects of project delivery.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • B.Arch with 0 to 5 years of experience.
    • Ability to work independently under demanding deadlines.
    • AutoCAD and all around computer skills are essential.
    • Should have a background in design and execution of interior fit out projects.

  • Interior Designer

    Interior Designers are part of our studio teams working in tandem with Architects, project management team and external consultants in delivering our design solutions for the client.

    Responsibilities:
    • Work with senior Project Leads in designing and detailing of projects.
    • Provide support for technical aspects of project delivery.
    • Progress to working independently to deliver complete range of consulting services from client interface, design program development, designing, specification, tendering support and project execution support services.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Any Graduation with vocational degree in Interior Design. 0 to 10 years of experience.
    • Preferably candidates with background in design and execution of interior fit out projects.
    • Very High level of AutoCAD skills and all around computer skills are essential.

  • Project Manager

    Project Managers handle on site delivery of project at Via Design. They work with our studio resources & external consultants teams to ensure delivery of projects on time, budget and to the requisite level of quality.

    Responsibilities:
    • The job responsibility of an PM would be to work on project sites and locations towards managing on site delivery of the project.
    • Requires understanding of execution methodology, quality parameters and team management skills.
    • Senior Project Directors would be responsible for technical innovations in execution and setting up of quality and cost bench marking parameters.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • B.Arch/ BE with 0 to 10 years of experience.
    • Experience leading the design process.
    • Ability to work and guide project teams under demanding deadlines to deliver high quality results.
    • Project Monitoring and reporting skills via MS Office compatible software like XL and word is required.

  • Others

    Our Senior Designer at Fantasy plays a core role in our potentially complex and innovative projects. The work includes concepting, designing interfaces and experiences across multiple platforms.

    • 5+ years of experience doing what you do.
